Develop and manage all financial processes. Raise funds through different instruments.
Oversee investment of funds. Monitor changes in regulations and policies effecting Company's finances.
Maximise share holder value. Review procedures for companies budget/plans pertaining to financial activities.
Should be able to handle structuring of equity finance, raising equity capital.
Should have knowledge of independent audits, SEBI compliance requirements.
Should be able to advice CMD on strategic matters related to finance, corporate planning in terms of financial viability and resource allocation.
Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal, team management and strategic business vision with good communication skills.
