Position : Head – Marketing & Sales Excellence for Electrical Distribution Company at Gurgaon
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Development and implementation of E2E Marketing Processes
• Launch and implement marketing projects
• Help animate operational marketing
• Ownership and day to day management of Marketing Community
• Develop plans for enhancing
• Lead and Marketing & support sales force effectiveness initiatives
• Work closely with Sales / Channel for enhancing Sales Efficiencies across Bus
• Simplification and introduction of Sales processes
• Promote Sales Excellence
• Leads / organizes regular forums of interface with Operational Marketing during various stages of Offer Creation Process
• Lead a central pricing control / CV team and work operational guidelines with BUs for achievement of Delta Price objective
• Supply management with Pricing Analytics for driving the right pricing behavior
• Provide support to Standardization / IEEMA / Other manufacturing association activities and co-ordinate internally with BUs to leverage the same for SEI

Education : MBA (Marketing) + BE (Desirable)
Job Related Experience : 15 Years to 20 Years
Business Understanding :
Excellent clarity of Marketing / Sales concepts. Should have complete understanding of business operating parameters

Excellent interpersonal skills and should show high level of maturity in dealing with ambiguity
