AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1.Project Execution Planning:
Receive project plan, convert into execution plan, prepare checklist with Specs / BOQ, course correction in case of any exigency after consultation with customer to meet project execution deadline of the customer and achieve PEC business objectives.

2.Installation, Commissioning & handover:
Installation, testing of equipments, commissioning, prepare & approve quality checklist & commissioning documents, getting approval of checklist  from the customer and receiving handover documents from the customer to meet execution deadline and customer satisfaction.

3.Vendor & Material Management:
Ensuring quality check of the materials received at site, ensure preparation of GRN at site and submission at head office.
Ensure maintenance of records at site of materials received, reconciliation of materials at site to avoid mismatch, Inventory control as per the project requirements

4.Building Customer Relationship:
Interact with customer in regular intervals, understand their needs and address problems / issues, acting as a bridge between project manager and the customer in order to generate customer satisfaction and repeat orders.

5.Invoicing & Payment follow up:
Communication and handing over the required documents to Project manager for invoicing and payment collection to meet revenue target of the project business line.

6.Team Management:
Select & develop teams for commissioning & Installation to meet project execution deadline.
Setting objectives of the individual employee, conducting timely performance reviews & feedbacks, providing inputs, guidance & coaching to teams for performance excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

Business Understanding:
Understanding of Installation and commissioning, Knowledge of contract management & commercial, Knowledge of LV / MV products,

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
Local languages, People Management skills, Communication & interpersonal Skills,  customer focused, Leadership skills, Result / deadline oriented, ability to handle multiple sites at a time
