• 3 to 8 years of experience in Design of Transmission / Gear box
• Experience includes Design of Transmission, Front axle gear, Rear axle gear, Transfer case
• Exposure in Design / development of Automatic Transmission - an added value
• Experience in CAD (Preferably Catia V5) is must

Education & Training

• BE or Master in Mech Eng or equivalent

Relevant Experience Required

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Design of Transmission / Gear box
• Experience includes Design of Transmission, Front axle gear, Rear axle gear, Transfer case
• Exposure in Design / development of Automatic Transmission - an added value
• Experience in CAD (Preferably Catia V5) is must
• Experience in Sub-contractor management is valued
• Management experience, Leadership
• International experience is required. Knowledge of German is a strong added value.
• Technical expertise, Strong communication skills

• Ensure Project management, Workload, Timeline, Quality, Deliveries
• Take responsibility for technical decisions taken in the team
• Ensure communication with Germany
