The Finance function at it helps the organization to maintain book keeping as per Indian GAAP and also facilitate preparation of financials as per IFRS, Budget and Cost assessment, Administer and implement group finance polices, Facilitate Treasury management, Fixed assets management, payroll processing, co-ordinate with internal and external audits, SOX compliance, statutory compliance in the field of Direct & Indirect tax laws, Company law, PF, PT, RBI, STPI requirements, etc,
Job Purpose:
The Finance Executive will be a key member of the Finance team that manages the day-to-day operations in the Finance function. He/She will coordinate and work with outsourced consultants to manage the day today book keeping, banking, and financial reporting including MIS, statutory compliance, employee relations, and audit co-ordination.
Job Requirements
Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
* Day today book keeping
* Coordination with bankers
* Employee day to day interaction for information / clarifications
* Manage accounts payable and employee claims
* Month close activities including variance analysis
* MIS reporting
* Statutory compliance and adherence to ARM Management System Financial controls,
* Preparation of GAAP accounts and facilitate audit
* Update and maintenance of finance web page on intranet
* Cash flow forecast and fund management
