Key Tasks:

Assisting Director-Finance in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and growth plans.

Developing and monitoring systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the Company.

Ensuring that all government/corporate regulations and requirements are circulated to appropriate personnel and monitoring it’s compliance.

Consolidation of accounts
-
Resolving intercompany issues
-
Preparation of data for statutory audits and assessments.
-
Be an integral part of ERP implementation and maintenance team till the system stabilizes.

To monitor all Legal matters for the company and will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with standard financial and legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance.

To monitor all secretarial works from minutes agenda, filing of returns and maintenance of records. To act as a compliance officer, handling matter related to company affairs, secretarial/legal affairs, drafting/vetting of agreement. Drafting resolutions
Required Qualification:
-
Knowledge of basic accounting & banking transactions;
-
Conversant with statutory rules related to income tax, withholding tax, Excise, Service Tax, Provident Fund, Sales Tax, RBI, ROC etc.;

Working experience on ERP system of Accounting;

Good communication & interpersonal skills;
Level of Education required: Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary (Compulsory)
Experience Level:
-
At least 8-14 years of experience in Accounts & Finance in a manufacturing industry. Experience in construction/crushing/screening equipment or cranes industry would be an added advantage;

Experience in US MNC will be an added advantage.
