Position:ERP Implementation Head

Responsible for completing the projects on schedule and within the budget, obtaining acceptance from customers

Monitoring and approving change requests and setting corrective plans as needed

Overseeing status and Steering Committee meetings and ensuring action items are tracked to closure for various projects.

Ensuring that the analysis and design has been conducted in accordance with the requirements.

Work closely with the customer designated Project Manager and teams for the assignment

Implement mechanism for risk management, problem escalation and follow up on pending issues

Ensure adherence of quality control process & procedures

Obtain necessary information on the solution, project status and ensuringeffective decision making in Project meetings

Ensure that reviews are conducted for all the work products that are prepared by the teams. Oversees coordination of the activities of project teams ensuring that all the work is undertaken in accordance with the agreed plan.
Acts as an advisor for out-of-scope activities

Participates in project reviews and other project status meetings

Responsible for and ensures on-time completion of the team deliverables

Reviews deliverables during various phases of implementation

Identifies and provides timely access to individuals and facilitates access to information required by project team

Drives the project from an operational point of view and takes care of administrative issues for a team

Review project plans in consultation with the Professional Services Group and team leads for the project

Customer Relationship Management: Influence with customers and/or internal businesses/end users regarding operational details, solutions, and proposals. Becoming a trusted advisor to the customer

Preferably 4-5 years work experience in Health Care Domain or at least 4-5 full life cycle implementation as a Project Manager for ERP implementation

Certifications in Project Management preferred

Strong familiarity with project management software and tools

Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.

Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines

Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
