frameworks.
Expertise in Architectural skills.
Experienced on work with XML, Xpath, Xquery.
Integration expertise on technologies like SOA and ESBs.
Having good hands on with Application servers like Jboss, Websphere, Geronimo
(Tomcat/Apache) and expert in application servers and Database Servers (MySql,
Postgres, Oracle) internals.
Knowledge on any other programming languages like C/C++ is a plus
Ablity to drive teams and develop competencies
Good understanding of various phases of testing and Testing frameworks
Good exposure on Performance tuning and Debugging skills
Knowledge on Telecom domain as a plus.
