About the Job  

We are looking for a Manager who has a strong technical background and is adept at project management.Projects range from business applications to distributed systems to client side software development.The person will need to work with a handful of teams (geographically distributed) to figure out priorities, collate requirements, plan and execute releases. A good track record with ability to drive process innovation and adherence, analyze and mitigate risk will be essential.

Responsibilities

Own the SDLC for all projects of Diagnostic Systems.

Plan and track support activities.

Work with stakeholders to keep up communication and drive adoption of solutions.

Manage/mentor/grow the team

Basic Qualifications
 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Overall Experience: 8+ years (2+ years as Manager)
Good soft skills and people management capability
Good analytical skils and attention to detail
Ability to work with multiple technologies
candidate who has good exp in JSP / servlets.
Knowledge in networking
 
Desired Qualifications
 
Understanding of internet protocols, including IP, HTTP, TCP, DNS
Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, small-team environment.
