- Eclipse Plugin Development
- Good Exposure to J2EE Development (Servlets, JSP, EJB,Hibernate, Spring, Struts)
- Experience in Web Application Development using J2EE
- Very good understanding of object oriented analysis and design methodologies
Hands on experience on tools like : IRAD, DB2, Eclipse 3.x, WAS (nice to have)
