Position : Country Champion- Lean & Six Sigma Deployment Electrical Distribution Company at Gurgaon
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

SIX SIGMA CHAMPION
• To lead lean / six sigma cross functional projects of high potential and significance to organizational need across various business thereby driving efficiency & quality of commercial processes.
Deployment Leader-
• To identify and train the Black Belts and Green Belts in order to ensure the success of six sigma deployment across various cross functional projects.
Act as a Change Agent
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to facilitate cross functional teams, influence peers and higher level managers and create success stories to excite the organization with the lean six sigma meeting.
Master Black Belts-
• To train for black belt/green belt certifications internally in order to assist in the selection and review of transverse projects and manage the certification processes.
Commercial Excellence
• Drive process engineering and process improvements in back-office for enhancing Customer Satisfaction
• Initiate Lean and Kaizen projects for enhancing Process Cycle Efficiencies
• Measure and report process efficiencies and compliance
• Do Benchmarking studies and recommend actions to be Best of Breed

Education : MBA ( Operations ) + BE
Job Related Experience : 7-10 years exp in Lean & Six Sigma Deployment, Certified Black Belt from Premier Cos
Business Understanding : Understanding of handling Transversal projects, Must be a Senior guy
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) : Domain knowledge of the similar industry knowledge.
MISSION

To co ordinate & implement deployment of Lean Six Sigma. Act as internal change agent by spreading continuous improvement in culture and measure & monitor step change improvement in performance WITHIN the commercial entity of SEI WITH THE OBJECTIVE TO deliver enhanced customer (internal / external) satisfaction and financial benefits and helping in achievement of overall business goals of commercial entities.

Streamlining over all process in order to Deliver C-sat & financial savings to the company employing lean six sigma methodology.
Suggest / recommend and drive process excellence through deployment of quality and lean tools and driving analytics.
