1. Manage all IT related Contracts/Agreements.
2. Driving bank’s contract management policy and setting up standard practices within IT.
3. Finalizing Contractual terms.
4. Actively work with various teams within IT to establish and finalise SLA & Deliverables for the various Agreement/Contract requirement.
5. Liaising with Legal team on the Standard/General clauses to be incorporated in the templates.
- Years of Exp. 2 to 4 Years
- Technical Skills : Having sound knowledge of Legal Frame Work
- Domain whether only BFSI: Predominantly in IT/BFSI Sector.
- Exp. in Team Management / Vendor Management etc. Ideally should have managed a team.
Any other area’s.
