WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Participate in multiple projects and be involved in the creation of client deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure that our software and services are successfully deployed and maintained for our clients.
• Handle complex, multi-product configurations with no supervision.
• Successfully program at API level between products and write moderately complex SQL queries.
• Identify system performance issues resulting from proposed functional and technical design issues and recommends solutions.
• Define overall testing strategy for major projects and designs test scripts for user acceptance and application testing.
• Be able to architect complex integration solutions to solve business needs (e.g., developing import routine and data maps for ERP systems).
• Be able to balance such factors as customer complexity, resource availability, individual competencies and career goals, and resource cross training.
• Manage the delivery of several stages of the project life cycle or a single stage of a complex project.
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and identify gaps between current and future business environment.
• Assist will developing implementation project plans.
• Assist management to ensure client satisfaction and track results.

EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience
• Exceptional communication and relationship skills.
• 1- 2 year  of project experience in the enterprise software industry with atleast 1 year in eProcurement, supply chain management, or sourcing.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver superior customer service.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple client engagements.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Technical knowledge of ERP and electronic commerce technologies.
• Experience with eProcurement applications such as Ariba, CommerceOne, SAP or Peoplesoft is a requirement.
• Knowledge of HTML and XML technologies, including XSLT is required.
• Good knowledge of relational database concepts and experience with Oracle RDBMS and MS Access is required.
• Experience with SQL and Shell scripting under Unix is required.
• Conceptual understanding of J2EE Environment.
• Knowledge of ASP, CGI, PERL is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a plus.
