Business Consulting requirement

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Ideal candidate possesses an MBA and a B Tech degree in information science, business administration or other applicable degree
• 15+ years of relevant business analysis experience in preparing business requirements, use case diagram, use cases, business process modeling (BPM), conceptual data modeling and Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams
• 8+ years in mentoring/coaching Business Analysts
• Ability to conceptualize a system by describing a business process (e.g. Activity diagram) or data entities (e.g. Class diagram)
• Ability to directly or indirectly support complex projects with organizational/enterprise impacts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear and concise manner)
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Self-starter, proactive
• Strong organizational skills
• Great attention to details
• Ability to learn new products, systems, applications and technologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of project life cycle for web applications using various methodologies such as iterations, RUP and agile/SCRUM

PREFERED SKILLS

• Electronics Industry knowledge and experience
• Product and/or project management experience
• Knowledge of internet technologies
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Knowledge of user interface design
• Functional testing experience
