Roles and responsibility for
Ast.Manager for Telecom process, Bangalore :
Handling a Team of 200 people in Telecom inbound process
Provide leadership in developing and maintaining functional excellence.
Overall responsibilities for directing the Operational and Administrative function of the Customer Service
Organization.
Serves as key liaison with other functions including; Claims, Retention, Sales, Training, IT, Human Resource
and Facilities.
Lead the development and implementation of standardized customer service programs, policies and procedures.
