AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1.Installation & Commissioning:
Execution of projects as per work schedule given, completion of work as per quality checklist to meet project

implementation deadline and customer satisfaction.

2.Material Control:
Check availability of materials at site, identify exception / gap and inform supervisors about the

requirement, co-ordination in maintenance of records at site of materials received, reconciliation of materials

at site to avoid mismatch to ensure material management & control at site.

3.Work Measurement Approval:
Co-ordinate & follow up with customer to get the work measured by the customer as per the work order /

BOQ and approved by the customer.
4.Hand Over of site :
Co-ordinate & follow up with customer to get the Work Completion Certificate  from the customer for closer

of  Work contract  
5.Team Management:
Select & develop teams for commissioning & Installation to meet project execution deadline.
Setting objectives of the individual employee, conducting timely performance reviews & feedbacks,

providing inputs, guidance & coaching to teams for performance excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:
DEE / BE (Electrical)

Job Related Experience:
 5 - 8 years of exposure of Testing and Commissioning of  LV & MV SWGR e.g. Circuit Breakers ,Panels ,

Relays  ,Transformers  etc.

Business Understanding:
Understanding of Installation and commissioning, basic knowledge of LV / MV products,

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
Local languages, Communication & interpersonal Skills,  Customer focused, Result / deadline oriented
