• BS/MS in Computer science and engineering
• Certificate in embedded Linux and Android

Essential

• C, C++, Java, Android, data-structure and algorithms
• Operating system fundamentals (through knowledge on Linux/Unix OS architectures)
• Expertise in Linux (BSP) kernel/driver programming, Linux system programming
• Experience in working with Qualcomm MSM and TI OMAP soc
• Through understanding of Android HAL and driver integration with Android framework
• Hands-on experience in porting Android NDK layer stacks and libraries (specifically - Camera, OpenGL ES)

Desired

• Understanding of of Android application framework (java stack)
• OpenGL and OpenCore implementations of Android
• Functional understanding of integration of Bluetooth and Wireless stacks in Android framework

            For Pricipal Engineer

• 8-12 years experience in working with embedded Linux kernel and system stack
• 2+ years experience in working in Android specific projects

            For Senior Engineer

• 4-8 years experience in working with embedded Linux kernel and system stack
• 2+ years experience in working in Android specific projects

For Engineers

• 2-4 years experience in working with embedded Linux kernel/Android Kernel and system stack
• Must have worked on atleast 1-2 Android (Platform) Projects

For Engineers (Applications)

• 2+ years experience in working with Android SDK & Android Application development
• Must have worked on atleast 1-2 Android Projects

Other skills

• Good communication skills
• Independent handling of small engineering team 
• Familiarity with work-breakdown-structure, requirement specification document
